DJ, Producer, and all round good guy, Dave Winnel is everybody's new best friend. When you listen to his track, you'll understand why too. Aside from jet-setting all over to rock crowds with such moves as his patented "air scratch", he has also been prolific in the studio. He's already had six tracks out on Vacation, with the last of which being a monster hit remix of Baby Gee.

Working under various aliases including one half of the Trophy Twins, you'd certainly have heard Mark Trophy's work on labels all around the world including Toolroom, Blanco y Negro, Vendetta, Yoshitoshi, M.O.D.E, Ministry Of Sound, Cr2, One Love and Southern Fried, to name but a few.

Sometimes we like to do things without too much fuss here at Vacation and one of those things of late has been the release of one of our underground sub-labels "Exit Row". Exit Row came about from a need to unleash upfront, bangin tech releases and lets you guys have an insight into what goes on in the darker techier side of our artists... like a music group therapy if you will.
Essentially pure techno with a side of techno so far we've had Mesa and Bass Kleph vent, er release, on the label and now we've got New Zealand's Daniel Farley & Tim Corin with "Clownfish". Out now on Beat Port. We think you're gonna like this side of the island.

Every Friday night the Vacation Records crew take over the airwaves to serve up some of the hottest sounds of now alongside a healthy dose of insanity.
Hosted by fRew, the Astronaut and Dave Implex and regularly featuring the likes of Dave Winnel and lola SIREN alongside a slew of special guests and ridiculous segments, Beat Box continues to gain momentum as THE radio show to tune into on a Friday night.

Not many local acts get to do every stop on the infamous Jam 'Good Vibrations' tour but fortunately for Bass Kleph he isn't most local acts. Coming back from an insanely successful 3 month overseas tour to a completely booked out local gig schedule while still riding high on the success of his recent commercially successful release "$pend My Money" (not to mention his slew of Beatport chart dominating underground monsters) you'd think he'd want to slow down a little before the upcoming party season.. but no. With a whole heap of new material ready to be released in the upcoming months and a bunch of surprises in store for festival goers all around Australia this is one tour you do not want to miss.
